Complete Coverage of Maksim LIVE @ Gentin...

Whats'up...i know you've been waiting all these while for the Genting trip blog update. Yes, i've been really busy these past few days. Loads of things to do at the office, so many interviews and things to attend to.
Anyways, i went up to Genting on last saturday morning for the Maksim Mrvica press conference and showcase.
Of course, it was an all expense paid trip to Genting!!! woohoo...FREE FOOD.
Reached KL Sentral at 11.30 for the bus, but our friend from EMI Music was a bit late. Got up on the bus and departed from KL Sentral at noon and reached the peak of genting highlands at 1.30pm.
We were ushered from genting hotel to the "Be A Star Karaoke" for lunch.
Western lunch, buffet style...with pasta, chicken wings and much more. Time was very limited, the press conference started on time at 2pm.
Didn't really have much to ask to Maksim, therefore the Press Conference was really short, sweet and simple.
Checked in to the hotel right after the press conference, stayed at the First World Hotel on the 9th floor. Quite a decent room, but i really don't know why they put the television on top of the cupboard.
Anyways, i went back to the "Be A Star Karaoke" after checking into the hotel, invited the guys from "Loudmusik" to join for second lunch, but they were too busy with other stuffs.
At about 4.30, i joined Leena for a cuppa coffee @ Starbucks Coffee of Highlands Hotel. Then at 4.45 there was the hi-tea with Maksim & winners. Didn't attend to that as im TIRED of EATING. Mwhahaha...
(I know this blog update kinda sux, but im really tired to write more exciting stuffs)
In between, i met up with some friends...Fabian and Serena of hitz.fm were there to emcee an event, so we sat down for a while and talk. They were really tired emcee'ing this mGAMES event that was happening throughout the weekend.
Next person i went to see was an old friend, her name is Jessica!!! we stopped and chatted for a while and promissed to go for yum char or something after she's done with her stuffs. But i forgot to give her my number, well i got hers that day - but i only sms'd her at 2am and that was a tad bit too late...don't you think so.
Showcase started right on time at 8.30pm, finished at about 9.30pm.
There was a short autograph session for about 50 lucky winners who went up on stage to claim their autograph and photo with Maksim.
Guess what, these "MAKSIM" fans are CRAZYYY !!! even over a bottle of "MINERAL WATER". Yes, you heard me right. There was 4 bottles of mineral water by the side of Maksim's piano, one of them was opened as he had drank it during his showcase. But the fans were asking us (people on stage) to throw them the water bottles.
But hey, i did throw 2 to the public, kept the last bottle for myself. It was sealed, so i knew that it wasn't opened yet...so thirsty !! and it was quite hot in the arena of stars. So yea la...drank it! what else... :P
Anyways, had supper with a couple of friends from H.O.T magazine. It's a new magazine which is 6 weeks old now, it's a weekly magazine with almost everything about news, entertainment, sports and TV guide. Finish our yum char at about 12.30am, wow...so sleepy!
Next day, woke up at 10.30am, almost missed the bus! had my shower, rushed down to starbucks and got breakfast and off i went up in the bus for a nice return to KL.
Today, tuesday 7th of december - had a lovely day. Interview with Maksim at JW Marriott 24th floor PENTHOUSE !!
Woohoo...JACKPOT! Arranged the interview for William and Bobby with Maksim. As Leena, who was suppose to interview Maksim, had a punctured tyre so she couldn't make it on time to the interview, so plan B was to have William and Bobby to interview him. Well we kept it short and simple, told Will to only ask Maksim 3 questions and then we can spend the rest of the time for PHOTO SHOOT!!!
Wouldn't this be a good toothbrush / toothpaste advert??? :P
