Poverty in Indonesia is very high...you can see kids begging for money at the road sides. This is very saddening for Beyoncit :(



Not forgetting when Beyoncit came back from Bandong, had to go on air with Rizal...pasal Adi on MC! ishh... apa la dei :P

Well...last week i was invited by my friends from KDU to come for their Mass Comm class event to be part of the celebrities who are there to u know... make the event more cheeful la!



Oh well.. KDU event was awesome! and guess what... I was there for the Transformers Gala Premiere but oh well juz to show my face la kan...

Karen Kong from Labuan here...on the east coast of Malaysia has finally came over again to the Xfresh FM studio to promote her upcoming "online concert" and tell us more about her latest news such as...Karen being the newest Product Ambassador for "Sunsilk Shampoo". Well here she is together with Jack and Adi here on Planet Xfresh show @ Xfresh FM.

Pepsi Malaysia just launched their latest product which is a "TEST" version of their "PEPSI Tarik" at selected sales outlet about a week ago.


What is it?
Pepsi Tarik is "Cola" + "Coffee"...wow, they have cola in there and that's already is (CAFFEINE) and as if ther's not enough caffeine already in the drink they had to add in Coffee into it.




TASTE:
It tastes AWEFUL. I've tasted all the other range of Pepsi products that has been on sale here in Malaysia but this Pepsi Tarik is the WORST!

Other products from Pepsi like "Pepsi Fire & Ice" its quite ok la... fire is nice but ice, its just like eating the liquid form of mentos. Pepsi Twist is cool too!!!

Seriously Pepsi, your test can product here is such a waste. And it's the wrong time of the year to do a test product.


Why is it the wrong time of year?

*The fasting month of Ramadhan just started, and most Malay students / teens are fasting (won't be able to purchase your test product).

*Your products are being tested at several different colleges here in the Klang Valley, but it's not well advertised. Maybe you should have just given it out for free and do a survey on the spot.

Seriously...the taste sux, i'd prefer Pepsi Fire to this drink...oh by the way thanks for the 20% extra, but its not worth it.

Yes, its true...Friendster Coffee has finally made its first debut here in Malaysia. The first ever Friendster Coffee in the world.

Yes, it's not PIRATED! Original one la... The people at Mont Blue resources paid the royalty fees for using the name "Friendster" and opened up a cafe / restaurant called "Friendster Coffee"


If you look closely, the "TM" (Trademark) sign is actually for Friendster and not for Friendster Coffee. Therefore it shows the "authenticity" and the "individuality" of the name "Friendster".







At Friendster Coffee...
You can get almost the usual stuffs from Starbucks, Coffee Bean & Gloria Jeans.

Their Mango Tea Friendstercino is the same as Starbucks Mango Frappucino.



Their Sprazzo Friendstercino is the same as Coffee Bean's Sunrise (Orange base with Vanilla deluxe powder).



The only thing that sets Friendster Coffee apart from the other famous coffee outlets is that it is also a "Fine Dining" restaurant (But not as fine dining as DOME).

Location wise, Friendster Coffee is located in Damansara Perdana @ PJU 8/3A. Which is somewhere after Ikano / Ikea in Damansara. You might get lost on the way there. I'll write a more detailed explanation on the location in the next entry.

Friendster Coffee logo...looks VERY VERY similar to Starbucks Coffee. Anyone know why?

Price...well, if you go to LimKokWing University @ Cyberjaya...you will get ice blended at around 10 dollars per cup, ice lemon tea @ RM 7, prices are all around the same with Starbucks and the rest of the coffee outlets. Yea...if you wanna try something different, try Friendster Coffee.

There's not much of a downside to this new hangout place. In-fact its a nice relaxing place, cool environment and new drinks to savour...

Reason being for the past few months of ermm... u know :P Well - i was busy with my studies and now i'm on holidays. Woohoo...

Well, i've been with the company for 4+ yrs now, been changing positions, designations, desks and much more.

So yea, of course throughout the years, i've been moved to a different desk to suit my positions. So let's see which desk i was at and for wat reasons.

1. I was first stationed at this desk when i first came in as the "Marketing Executive".


2. Then i was moved next-door, where i was the Assistant Project Executive (or something - handling most of the payrolls and etc)


3. Then i was Head of Marketing Division of Xfresh. Where i handled from Online promotions to Onground promotions. The desk is right in front of the elevator, so yea i can watch whoever who comes in and goes into the elevator.



4. Here, i was the teen consultant, where i consult on what events we should go into and etc.


5. And here was when i was the Xfresh Strategic Marketing Manager / Xfresh Marketing & Promotions Executive.

It's been a long long time i believe since i last updated this blog. To be exact, it was what...ermmm...last month or something!

Anyways, what happened after the last entry that i put in...ermm, damn that was LONG!

It was the hitz.fm Bday Bash @ Sunway Lagoon Surfpool. Nothing much really, pretty much the crowd was dead (not that supporting and partying).
